Let’s continue to make ISO-FOOD symposiums a success

The first ISO-FOOD International Symposium on Isotope and Other Techniques in Food Safety and Quality was held 1 – 3 April 2019 in Portorož.
This symposium, the final and most significant event, was organized by the ERA Chair as an international conference and attended by 120 registered delegates. It offered a platform for discussion and brought together experts, stakeholders, researchers, scientists, and graduate and postgraduate students from across the world to share knowledge, stories and good practice and present new advances and research results in ISO-FOOD’s thematic research themes. It consisted of 15 invited talks, 31 oral presenters and 59 poster presentations.
