Pre-symposium TunTWIN workshop related to stable isotope techniques in food science

The workshop entitled: Analysis of light stable isotope in environmental and food samples: technical analysis and validation of methods will be organized April 19-21, 2023, at the Department of Environmental Sciences, Jožef Stefan Institute in Ljubljana.

The workshop will cover the techniques, methodology and evaluation of stable isotope results to verify the authenticity and origin of food. The participants are encouraged to bring their samples. The interest of participation can be sent directly to prof. Nives Ogrinc: nives.ogrinc@ijs.si. Welcome!
